Wedding Photographer Of The Year
Scott has just won ‘Wedding Photographer of the Year ‘ at the prestigious Essex Wedding Awards. So you can be assured Boutique wedding films and photography will capture your day in our unique modern style from start to finish.
You can’t beat a classic old English stately home like Parklands Quendon Hall as a wedding venue. We’ll say that churches are my favourite for the ceremony but the wedding below had both.
The ceremony was in the stunning st Mary’s church, the largest church in Essex. And what an absolute beauty it is and a pleasure to capture the wedding photography, then off to Parklands Quendon Hall for the wedding breakfast and reception. The day began in a quaint hotel/B&B for the bridal prep, the quiet behind the storm.
Wedding Films and Photography
The ceremony in the church was lovely but as a wedding photographer, I’m usually behind the vicar tucked out of the way with both my wide-angle and zoom lenses to capture all that raw emotion and tears of joy. But at this church, no photographers or videographers are allowed behind, even though there’s loads of room and we would be more out of the way than where they wanted us to stand, at the sides. But that’s our job, creating great wedding films and photography whatever the situation
So what I can see is the back/side of the bride and groom. It’s my job to come up with quality wedding photography whatever the circumstances so I managed to find a little gap between a couple of pillars that gave me a better angle. Also as you see in the images, I had Karen Clifford assisting me as a second photographer. With Karen on the other side of the church, we had both bride and groom covered.
