We’re based in Essex and London, covering weddings throughout the South-East, across the UK, and for destination celebrations. So, you’ve decided we’re your perfect wedding videographer and photography team– amazing! Once you’ve chosen your perfect package,
we’ll whisk you away to your very own Boutique Weddings Client Portal.
Think of this as your personal wedding film hub! Everything you need is in one place: your package details, the deposit info,
and a simple questionnaire to get us started. You can fill it all in at your own pace and revisit it anytime.
Life happens, and plans evolve, we get it! The beauty of the portal is that you can tweak your package,
add extras, and adjust details whenever you need to, right up to your wedding day.
The most important thing at this stage is securing your date in our diary!
Once the deposit is in, that date is yours; you’re in the book!
We’ll contact you about six weeks before your wedding with our final questionnaire. This is when you’ll have your final meetings with your venue and iron out all the final details and timings.
The final balance is due four weeks before the big day. Finally, in the week of your wedding, we’ll schedule one last quick call or Zoom to chat through the day’s timings and any final details.
